Updates on the HEXONET Control Panel

First and foremost, I'd like to thank all of you for your patience and your tremendous feedback since the new HEXONET Control Panel went live May 4th 2009.

Building a new customer control panel completely from scratch is always a challenge, for which the most important criteria for success is the valuable feedback from active users and businesses who depend on HEXONET.

Over the past weeks we've been busy working behind the scenes steadily making improvements to our control panel. A few examples are:
- better error handling for command submissions through the bulk command shell.
- enhancing the bulk IDN conversion tool

Yesterday, on Aug 11th, 2009, we were finally able to release our new "Relation Editor" (Price Class Manager), which will address one of the biggest issues for our customers (and of course ourselves). This new editor not only allows users to easily create and update price plans/classes, but also includes HEXONET's domain promotion logic, which allows  users to easily configure their own promotions. Setting up a new domain promotion for your own customers is just a few clicks away.

In the upcoming weeks, our main goal with our Control Panel will be to build a sub-user signup template and allow for resellers to add their own payment gateways links so your customers will be able to pay you!
