Starting immediately, COMODO Unified Communication Certificates (UCC) are available at HEXONET.  Designed for securing multiple unique domains (including subdomains) on Microsoft Exchange or Office Communications Server, a SINGLE UC Certificate will reduce certificate costs and maintenance overhead.

What this Certificate is used for

For online businesses that use MS® Exchange 2007 and up) or Office Communications Server 2007, secure all your domains such as mail.yourdomain.com, autodiscover.yourdomain.com, exchange1.yourdomain.local, under one UC Certificate. Comodo certificates allow you to maintain a high level of security with strong encryption and ID verification capabilities. Unique and Key Feature of UCC

With the ALTERNATECN# parameter the alternative domain names can be specified. Please be aware that if there is no ALTERNATECN# parameter given the "Subject Alternative Names" of the CSR (Certificate
Signing Request) will be taken.

 

NOTICE: IMPORTANT AND IMMEDIATE CHANGE TO THAWTE CERTIFICATES

Secondary INTERMEDIATE certificates are now necessary for new Thawte SSL123 and Webserver certificate installations.  Again, newly issued Thawte SSL123 and Webserver certificate starting now require the installation of a INTERMEDIATE certificate in addition for proper operation.

Due to a change in the certification path at Thawte as well as a shift to 2048 bit root certificates, INTERMEDIATE certificates must also be installed with any new Thawte SSL certificate. For more information and also installation instructions of INTERMEDIATE certificates please visit Thawte.
