On June 27 2011, ICANN published a webpage that identifies available registrant rights and responsibilities.  This Registrant Rights and Responsibilities document is posted on ICANN’s website at: http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/registrant-rights-responsibilities-en.htm.

This webpage was developed in consultation with ICANN accredited registrars. In the event you are reselling any gTLDs through HEXONET and ultimately through 1API GmbH, you are required to provide your registrants with a link to the "Registrant Rights and Responsibilities" document by July 27, 2011. Failure to do so would result in non-compliance and subsequently breach of your obligations as a reseller.
