Reminder to Customers with .AU Domains |
|
|
We have been informed by auDA, the .au managing registry, that as of December 17, 2021, they initiated a new program in which auDA sends out Registrant Welcome Emails to all newly registered .AU domain names. As not all registries contact end registrants directly, this could cause some confusion for your customers.
To help manage this change, we have provided a copy of the message from auDA at the bottom of this message. Please feel free to reference this letter when speaking with your .AU customers and we welcome you to assure them that the auDA email is a simple welcome with no further action required on their part.
Sample email as provided by auDA that registrants now receive upon new .au domain registrations:
From: .au Support Subject: Congratulations on registering example.com.au & welcome to the .au TLD!
On behalf of .au Domain Administration Limited (auDA), Congratulations! You’ve successfully registered example.com.au and your domain is now active in the .au registry.
auDA is a not-for-profit membership-based organisation that works with industry and government to administer the .au domain name system for all Australians. We accredit IT companies as registrars to provide domain name registration services to the public. They in turn may appoint other IT companies as their resellers.

Radix Premium List Updates |

Radix will be updating its premium list in two rounds: January 3, 2022, at 16:00 UTC and February 22, 2022, at 16:00 UTC.
Domains will be added or removed from the premium list or moved across premium tiers.
All domains reducing in price or getting removed from the list will be updated on January 3, 2022. The update will be made to the following TLDs:

All domains increasing in price or newly added inventory will be updated on February 22, 2022. The update will be made to the following TLDs:

Since these domains are some of the most desirable in the entire .CLICK namespace, they will be slotted into new premium price tiers that are being introduced. |
